Its guest accommodation consists of 50 suites, all exterior and each with similar decor. Every suite has a sitting area, convertible double beds and an extra sofa bed for triple configurations, mini-bar, TV, marble bathroom, private safety deposit box, walk-in or large closets, air-conditioning. Except on the Magellan Deck, suites have panoramic windows rather than portholes. Enjoy views of the islands from the lounge and bar areas on the main deck of the Galapagos Explorer II. Relaxing in the ship's library, you can read books about the islands and their natural history, extensive maps and charts, contemporary literature, and an extensive collection of the classics. The library also houses the video collection for you to watch in your cabin. The kitchen on-board creates exciting selections three meals a day.

12 De Luxe Suites on Erickson Deck (Suites No. 507, 508, 509, 510, 511, 512, 514, 515, 516, 517, 518, 519). They feature three picture windows and two full-length wardrobes. Average suites size: 215 ft2/19.97 m2.
13 Premium Suites on Marco Polo Deck (Suites No. 420, 421, 422, 423, 424, 425, 426, 427, 428, 429, 430, 431, 433).- They feature three picture windows and two full-length wardrobes. Average suites size - 235 ft2/21.83 m2.
