We have a nice one bedroom apartment in Quito that is available for short lets for around $40 a day. Fully fitted; great views; cable tv; wireless internet; 24 hour security.

If you are visiting the mainland as well as the Galapagos Islands, then our website also has loads of useful information and weblinks.
