TAME
Along with Aerogal, TAME has an excellent reputation for flights to the Galapagos Islands. The office in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno is situated at the far end of Charles Darwin Street in the Barrio Frio area, opposite Playa de Los Marinos.
Being a less popular airport than Baltra, flights from San Cristobal only leave on Wednesdays and Fridays. The opening hours of the office are as follows:

AEROGAL
Aerogal is one of the most popular airlines that fly to the Galápagos. The office is situated at the airport. Opening hours are:
Monday to Friday: 8am until 12.30pm and 2pm until 5pm.
Saturday and Sunday: 8.30am until 11.00am
Flights leave on Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays at around 12 noon.

ICARO
The Icaro office is also situated at the airport. This is one of the cheapest airlines that fly to the Galapagos. However they now only have one flight at week to Guayaquil from San Cristobal and this arrives and departs on Saturdays. Although the office is open from Monday to Thursday for information, the only way to get a flight (unless you have purchased one already from the mainland) is to turn up to the airport on Saturday and ask if there are any seats available. Tickets are not on sale throughout the week.
